A few things I've learned about myself since I turned 30:
I am a non-smoker
I am a runner, just like my mother
I am an athlete
I purge more than I save
I love to watch the Olympics from start to finish
I LOVE to cook, I just needed to right tools
My favorite sport is beach volleyball
Misty Mae and Kerri Walsh are my friggin' heros
